narrow majority clearly supports efforts to punish Iran for its violations of international agreements.

Comment: This plot was one of the more serious terrorist schemes to become public, and aviation
experts are justifiably concerned about its implications for airline safety.

Comment: A more evenly divided result we have rarely seen. The name does have historic significance
since the Lockheed P-38 Lightning and English Electric Lightning were both highly successful programs for
the two partner nations developing the F-35.
